"Ok… so good cheap drinks, was told “it’s too busy” for house shots. Every drink, even song requests after when a major concert packs your bar on a “slow day”…. i havnt been to a bar where the staff is to busy to serve or cater to its customers. unfortunately, not being from here i’m not ok with this horrid service. If you’re coming to an event, avoid this bar. It’s obviously resting on it’s good location, staff should appreciate the work that goes to making a good bar… people, “cheap drinks” don’t make a good “dive bar”… it’s the staff too… this is the first negative review i’ve left in so long but it had to be discussed…"

"The restaurant should stick to what they do best. The Champagne Diner used to be one of my favorite places, and my usual choice was the Avocado Toast with lox. Unfortunately, it's been removed from the menu, so I settled for just the Avocado Toast. I visited at 1 pm on a Wednesday, and only two tables were occupied. The food not only arrived cold but the egg was overcooked, and it felt like there was more bread than anything else. It was quite disappointing. I felt that my $30 could have been better spent elsewhere."

"Fish and chips weren't bad. Immediately when we came in one of the bartenders was a bit rude and condescending, not sure if thats just pub/bar culture though as I dont usually frequent bars. By the end of the night he was a bit more friendly as I guess he realized we weren't any sort of threat and we helped to clean up our table before leaving. Fries were very good, fish itself was average, not bad at all but nothing life changing or that I would be craving for specifically at this place again. It did make me feel a bit quesy afterwards though. Overall, probably wouldn't come again as I'm not an aggressive person and maybe just am not cut out for the bar scene lol but the food wasn't too bad"

"Frequented this place back in college about 12 years ago and visited for the first time since. Everything I loved about it seems to be the same(beer variety, quality food, unassuming atmosphere) and Celeste, the bartender was fantastic as well. Highly recommend."

"I only stopped in briefly, but the staff was super friendly and it appears to be a popular after work hangout. The kitchen makes some good pizzas just the right thickness of crust and amount of toppings. There could be more table space in the golf area, but I get they're making do with the space available."

"This was a super fun atmosphere on NYE! Super packed and energetic. We expected slow service and it was definitely slow but the staff was very friendly. I'm a girl who adds salt to everything but the amount of salt in the fish and chips was almost overwhelming. My husband ordered the steak med and it came well done. The pretzel and dip is really good."
