"My fiance ordered a 6 oz steak and instead received a steak nugget. For the amount you charge, you should be able to provide an actual 6 oz (maybe 5 oz after cooking)steak. This is unacceptable."

"I asked to have my pizza delivered to near by school. Delivery was over 30 mins late, when it ordered about 5 hours prior, and then they did not have the correct cell phone to call when they went to the location and did not know where to go. Be careful about this location! it was a mess!"

"Been coming to this place since the week it opened. I never get to stop by as often as I would like. I've had a few different sandwiches and have loved them all. Specialty sandwiches are enough for two meals or two people. Regular sandwiches available in a variety of sizes and breads. Always made to order exactly as you want.But beyond the sandwiches, are the AMAZING cookies. A MUST TRY!! I especially love the Caramel Apple: soft, melty, not too sweet, and a good size so one will do, but you'll want to get more just because. People are great and appreciate it even more if you're patient while they finish other orders. A true gem in East Providence."

"Great idea for a restaurant, but with a terrible execution. Basic Greek food lends itself well to a fast-service assembly line style (visit any Greek festival for proof), which is why it's such a shame that the Simple Greek is simply ghastly. <br br/>The gyro meat is allegedly fresh cut off the rotisseries displayed in the back, but my sandwich was full of cold meat with no crispness at all. The pita itself was cold and borderline stale as it started to crack in the middle. The vegetables in the gyro are way too big so that they fall out of the sandwich and the tzatziki sauce has zero flavor. I can and do make a better gyros at home, so I just don't get how a restaurant screws it up. <br br/>The hummus is probably some of the worst I've ever tasted in a restaurant. It has a clay-like consistency and an extremely unfresh flavor. They also give you an absurdly small amount of it as a side for the salad, which is probably a good thing all things considered. <br br/>The dolmades (grape leaves) were also cold making me wonder if they serve anything hot at all. The leaves were undercooked and the meat inside was flavorless. <br br/>I couldn't even bring myself to order the cold spanakopita (spinach pie) that sits in a plastic case next to the cash register like the cookies do at Subway sandwiches. <br br/>I can't and wouldn't recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for good Greek food. I'm also very concerned that people who don't know any better might think that this is how Greek food tastes. It doesn't."

"My party was initially sat at a completely empty hibachi station, about 5 minutes later we were rushed over to a nearly full table and before we could even sit down were rushed into ordering by our waitress. She didn't ask us about drinks or appetizers. Moments later soup and salad was literally thrown in front of us and she was gone before we could order an app or drinks. Finally managed an app order, but she disappeared before we could order drinks. She dropped off our sushi about halfway through the hibachi show (which was excellent btw) and I was able to ask her for cocktails, but we weren't offered any soy sauce for the sushi. The drinks showed up about halfway through eating our hibachi meal, at which point my water was empty. She took off before I could ask for a refill of my water. She brought to-go containers to a few people at our table, but I couldn't catch her to ask for ours before she vanished for about another ten minutes. The food and hibachi show were great. But our waitress honestly couldn't have cared less about our dining experience. Seriously debating not frequenting this establishment in the future, and we've been going for years."
