"The guy in the drive thru had a very unfriendly attitude, he was very rude, horrible customer service, he kept dropping all the boxes of food out of the bag and getting mad and finally got a bigger bag and said nothing but handed it mad, the french frieswere old and cold and chicken tenders were cold too, my gravy was almost empty I will not return here. This was my first time tocome to this one. I like the other wataburger on 46 they have great customer service and food is hot and fresh."

"We asked for a specific seating arrangement. They told us is was going to be a 10-15 wait because the person working that area was going to need to clean the tables. We were willing to wait. They had a staff member come and say she could come and helpget the tables ready so we could be seating and the manager and made a smart remark and did not allow her to help set the tablesand said we could wait the 15 min."

"Due to the short staff, this situation is rather closed when we come to the city, but they were open today. So we picked up a dinner. Chicken tenderers, potatoes, and my favorite are the Jalapeño cheese bombers. Order was right. The guy on the window was very nice."

"This was recommended by a local, so we took a chance. The group of us got the country fried steak, an order of wings, and the grilled cheese meatloaf sandwich. Sides were French fries, coleslaw, and the best fried okra I've ever tasted. Every order was hot from the grill, huge, and very tasty, and the waitress was friendly and efficient. There's a diner atmosphere, and we were pleased to see USB charging stations at our booth. Enjoy!"
