"We have always gotten the special smoked salmon and it is delicious it is like the brined cucumber that you get before you eat with not super fishy smoked salmon and besides that the pink panther roll is very yummy alongside with the dragon and the Michigan roll.Make sure you at some point try the ramen (don't try to eat the whole thing) it is plenty of food and can be shared between 2 people easily COME HERE SOON!!!!!!"

"I visited this restaurant quite a bit and this is not the first time that I have seen this behavior from the administration, but tonight made me so unpleasant (as former service industry staff and customer) that I will never spend my money here again. I have heard rosie that she talk to her personal in a wise manner that is disrespectful, but angie complains that she has to “babysite” the waiting staff on her birthday was just too much. the two young ladies who worked were visibly annoyed and they just stopped. as a customer, I should never hear what's going on behind the scenes, but this is a very small restaurant. I feel bad for the waitress and they have always given me great service. as a customer and someone who worked in the service industry. good personal is not a “Dime a Dozen” they literally make or break their business. most people come because they like the personal. their prices are too high and their eating is not almost good enough for me after I testify how they treat their personal."

"I had come in a few times with family and friends because of the great reviews I was hearing from friends. Whenever I would come into George's Coney Island for the first couple of times, the food and staff was always amazing. However, lately the food has been the worst. In my 3 recent visits, I had found strands of hair in my food as well as finding foreign objects in my water. Normally I would rate a restaurant 1 star for this reason. But George's Coney Island has a great staff and I hope they fix this problem for future customers. I won't be back for a long time."

"We went there fooled by good reviews but the experience was not so good. The ambience is ok not the greatest. The service was relatively good. Unfortunately we got seated at the back table. Didnt realize its close to the rest room and everytime the door opened, there was nauseating smell. The disappointment worsened with the water glasses. They all reeked of fish. we were drinking water while holding the breath to avoid the stink. When the server brought the silverware, they all had residue likely from poor dishwashing. They don't have the so called traditional appetizers. The bread is actually one of the worst I have ever tasted in Italian restaurant. I ordered chicken marsala, it was cooked horribly. It had no taste and consistency of rubber. My nephew had chicken parmesan which was palatable. wife ordered ravioli which was completely bland. The portion size is way smaller as compared to Brio, Bravo. Overall, they didnt live up to their name and reviews. VEGETARIAN PEOPLE BEWARE, THE WHOLE PLACE REEKS OF FISH, DONT GO IF YOU CANT TOLERATE.Lot of room for improvement. "Great local location for us. Excellent quality cuts of meat, chicken. The vegetables are always fresh. The sauces are always delish. The service is amazing and the best part is that they cook it anywhere in front of you. Some tables can sit up to 15 people so you can end up with new friends at the end of dinner. Allergy-friendly system. Let them know about food allergies before you order. My child is very allergic to milk so that they take special precautions and cook their in the back area on their own. Great place for friends and family."
