"So, I wound up giving Zippys a three star review based on my experience and my kids experience. My experience was a solid one or a two, however my kids really thought it was a four or a five, so go figure! I thought it that it was a single star based on the food being devoid of much flavor, and the value being very low. My kids, felt the exact opposite. They actually really loved the food and asked me to go back. So, for those parents and families out there this may be something to try!"

"Was out running errands with my son, and decided to stop for a little treat. Well, I got the smallest one and it wasn 't little ! This was my first shave ice experience. Sure, I 've had snow cones, but this is different people! The texture is much more refined. Enjoyed it very much. Will be getting more soon!"

"Our family excitedly grabbed some ice cream before watching Wonder Woman 84. The amount of ice cream in each of our cups was barely 1/4 cup. At least the guy was consistently stingy with the $4.50 a person ice cream... I wish our night was better from there but as I mentioned, we were about to see WW84. Why Did you have to let me down Warner Bros... This cold stone has really gone to hell. We used to love this place! If you want cold stone, head to the Fort union location, you won't be disappointed there."
