"Honestly one of the better chicken katsus I've had. Comes with lots of veggies(can get them without veggies). The pizza, garlic knots, and the chili cheese fries are pretty average. Burger wasn't seasoned much but not the worst."

"I’m completely blown away with every single detail with this restaurant. Let me start if by saying how incredible our service was, our server Erewyn was super professional and very polite even chatting with us on a personal level making our experience very pleasant. As we ate our food I almost cried because everything was prepared perfectly and it was OMG delicious. While we were waiting for our dessert “crème brûlée” sorry no picture because it delish Charlie Palmer came to our table to greet us asking how our food was with a huge smile! I selfishly asked for a picture which he agreed to! We loved our visit and appreciate everything."

"When we arrived at 17.30, there were 3 to 5 tables with people. I sat and asked if I wanted to get a little broth. I said yes, thank you. he got broth and drinks, he came back one night later with drinks. we've never seen him again. we went to the buffet 3, 4, 5 times. When we saw him, we asked for broth! he told us he would get us some bread. again it was one thing before we saw him and asked about the brot, he then said, "oh we are so busy tonight that we are not making broth." I asked him to refill my water and waited and waited and finally waited with water back when we wanted. very disappointed by his service we did not leave much of a tipp. but when we went out the door, we noticed some tables where the people had eaten bread. where is that broth? they don't offer us a broth if they don't want to give us a broth and please don't lie to us."

"That was our second time in the steakhouse. we celebrated 26 years together. of course they did not disappoint again. we were in many upscale steak houses in ca and the steakhouse in the western village is by far the best. the service was exceptional, morgan our waitress has done a great work when we sat through our entire meal. she had a busboy also not remember his names he can also make an excellent work. eating was excellent as always. if they are looking for a great meal, check out this place, never go hungry. we had 2 appetizers, french woof, zeasarsalat for two, our entree and a few drinks. everything in our food cost was just $135. we will definitely come back."

"We had our new year?s eve dinner here and I was pretty disappointed. Good: food was awesome, specifically the New York steak, pureed potatoes and cheesecake. Not good: they served a warm french onion soup, not hot, taste was a tad bland; our waiter was not as attentive as expected for a fine-dining restaurant. He gave us the bill without asking if we wanted dessert. Hmmm?."
