"If for nothing else than the wicked cool staff, five stars is warranted! A #cougbusiness adds a touch of familiarity that we love! A great beer selection with enough for everyone!We got beer and food (pizza and hummus). I am vegan by health reasons and they had a ready made menu vegan pie way too excited I was! The pie was delicious. Super thin crust with massive veggies which made it packed full of flavor!The hummus had a wicked good kick to it too! The “pita” was pizza dough and it was the BEST with a nice garlicky flavor that I am sure I will regret in the morning ?. The potions were generous enough to sooth the savage college stomach beast too!Make a point of stopping in and enjoying the atmosphere, drink and food!"

"Osprey has a beautiful patio overlooking the river, and the Ruby River Hotel is a lovely place to stay. Nice menu at the hotel. I ordered a favourite I'd had in the past, the tomatoes with burrata appetizer, with red pesto. Grilled bread, pesto, and burrata were great, but this time the dish was served with unripe green tomatoes. Not a green tomato variety that was ripe, but crisp, unripened tomatoes. During a season when all manner of tomatoes are in season and ripe. I asked the server about them as after trying one I was dissatisfied. She came back to inform me the kitchen only had green and yellow tomatoes. During harvest time? How strange. So my favourite dish was disappointing overall. A fail on those green tomatoes you got delivered and had to use. In a dish where the tomatoes are one of the starring ingredients, don't do that."
