"I agree the owner and his son that manages the place are both a**holes! The food is good, but that kid's attitude is unbearable!! Total air of entitlement, like you should be thanking him that he would even consider serving you. I wish someone would buy a franchise in Eugene so that we would never have to go back in that place again! Too bad because the food is really good, just hate giving my money to jerks with no customer service."

"So I use to love this place but one day I go in and get some tenders and they were disgustingly soggy and greasy. This is not the quality I was used to so I brought them back in and as politely as possible showed them and the woman working replied with a rude attitude, that 's how we make it and turned her back to me as if I wasn 't even there anymore. I went back once more and same deal but I didn 't even bother complaining. Haven 't been back for years and today I figured I 'd give them a shot again. Terrible unfortunately yet again. Tenders were breaded poorly and what was breaded was soaking wet with oil. Fries were sopping in oil and gross too. My partner got a hamburger but should be called a patty melt because that is what it is. It was very very dry and just sad looking. I 'm not trying to be one of those people but this is my honest experience. I 'm very sad to see the place I loved growing up turn its back to quality. If you love the food, great for you but let me tell you that it used to be soooooo much better and I miss it."

"Waited for fresh tenders which was no big deal. I'll happily wait for fresh food. The guy brought my food to another vehicle before bringing it to me. He had to run back in for the sauces. I got home and didn't have either of my fries."

"They don't skimp on ingredients here. Always a packed sandwich. Can be pretty busy during lunch time but other than that the only drawback is finding parking nearby. Good luck with that."
