"Good quality and fresh ingredients. Delicious food. My favorite sushi chain in Stavanger. Perfect rice. We received our order quite quick. We usually order take-out only, but decided to try to eat inside. I noticed that the fish in sushi is much thicker when you eat inside the restaurant than when I order take-out. Shouldn’t it be the same? When we saw paper-menu turned out that EACH position is 20-50 nok more expensive if you eat inside the restaurant. That’s too much… we ended up paying 160 nok more just because we wanted to have dinner inside Sabi sushi. We’ll be back to usual take-out then Inside it’s not very cozy, because Sabi is inside shopping center, you can hear all the noise, it’s an open space, there’s no privacy kinda. Wouldn’t come back to have dinner here…"

"I had no expectations and I was stunned! By far the best food I had in Stavanger and probably in Norway. If very innovative, no option to choose, but who needs when all served was impeccable. The wine selection dogs do not meet the food standard, but I will still give this place the highest ratings."

"The pasta was hand made and fresh and every dish is beautifully plated. The wine offering is also great with plenty options of the different Italian regions. The restaurant is small and cozy. The only thing that wasn’t perfect was the waiting times between dishes, it was a bit long."
