"Had only one drink with a new friend. was beautiful, but very loud and busy. the server brought my drinks over as I have a footstock, so it was extremely helpful, so thank you. Disabled toilet was very inadmissible, I had to clean it before I used it, which is not good when they are desperate to go."

"This was our first visit. The wall seating was a little weird. I am of average height and yet when seated my feet were dangling uncomfortably about a foot off the floor. I looked around and there were some elderly customers opposite, I suspect they...may have employed the help of a step ladder to clamber up onto the wall seating area...really odd. That said they seemed happy enough and the drinks were decent, the prices reasonable and the staff friendly and helpful."

"The wife and I come here with our children and love the staff here, always friendly and very helpful, easy to talk to and have a giggle with. Not a huge amount of seating indoor but made up with a few outdoor seats. Disabled toilet, and the shop is flat all through. Couldn't recommend enough"

"Beautiful place to sit and chat or work. many power points to plug in and beautiful hot coffee with different Starbucks flavor, with good selection of snacks. clean environment with clean loos and like to help employees. also a drive thru."

"Friendly service, cosy ambience, coffee was barely warm. After planning to sit insides and drink my coffee I was thrown out before I could finish it due to an event. This was not explained when I bought my drink nor was I offered a real mug rather than a paper cup. I hope the paper cups are recycled at least."

"We visit this costa quite often. It’s very small (part of the upstairs of next) so easily fills up and most often the tables have dirty cups and dishes on them. It could do with being double the size it is. Costa drinks same as...always so not really anything you can say apart from I wish they were hotter. Staff always friendly. Good place for catchup and quick lunch."

"Love this coffee shop, it’s a fabulous little gem in Newcastle under Lyme. Not really a soup person but this place has changed my mind- there’s a daily soup on offer (usually combinations like squash/vegetable, sweet potato/carrot, leek/potato) and I have always been mega impressed....The soup is available for take out too and it comes with some toasted ciabatta with the BUTTERYEST butter EVER- so so so good!! I’ve sampled the cookies and muffins and they’re so tasty, fresh and well baked. Everything seems to be home made so bravo for that! I don’t drink coffee but my (hard to please other half said it was absolutely gorgeous. Fantastic prices- I think for a soup and a hot drink at lunch time."
