"I did pickup and my food was COLD. It wasn't even slightly warm. I ordered the Cajun chicken pasta. It was not even in the least spicy. The seasoning was just sprinkled on top of the chicken. The garlic bread tasted like plain bread. I also ordered thechili and that was bad as well. It was salty and the top of the chili was black as in burnt maybe from microwave or leaving itway past time. The fact that I did leave a tip on the online order, for awful food makes me upset. So disappointing"

"I normally have no issue with the products from this location, but today I ordered a a 1/2 pound burger with only tomato,onion and lettuce. I have no issue with a medium rare burger, but today I received a rare burger..not acceptable.. This is the only time I have been disappointed by the cook on my food. Please inform your cooks that speed does not trump quality.my hamburger bun should not be stained with blood. I also asked for and paid extra for bacon and received no bacon on the burger. I will continue to order food from Mr. C's but never a burger again. If I request bacon and are charged for bacon I expect to see and taste bacon. To have no bacon and pay $9.00 plus for a bacon 1/2 pound burger there should be bacon and a proper cook."

"They told me how good their hot dogs were, but I was disappointed. I'm in Illinois in the Chicago countryside and the Hot Dog Bungalow has no poppy seeds. That's a problem. You have a sign in the window that shows the poppy on a rose bunny, but this is not what you use on your hot dog that is a traditional bungalow in Chicago. That is why I give the low rating"
