"The staff gave my curbside order to the wrong person while I was waiting in my car. The owner, Jen, did zero investigation, didn't admit the mistake, and instead accused my family and me of trying to scam the store. We visit this store frequently and NEVER go into the store after making a curbside order. She refused to remake the order and said she was not giving away free food. The staff was very apologetic and even attempted to pay to remake the order out of their own pockets, which I didn't accept, but appreciated. The owner is cynical and unfit to manage anyone, let alone operate a store. I can't help but think this is all because I have a Hispanic name. : I will not patronize this store or any other business JAA DAA of Ohio LLC operates."
