"I been in this place twice now first time we went was okay but in second time we been was massively let down food wasnt nice everything was a grease bomb and sickly when i complained waitress didnt want to know end then i called the owner she apologised and said ill call you back but that was 3weeks ago im still waiting"

"As always. lamb boti is amazing and so is the tandoori hot pizza. the garlic and chili are also really beautiful. I wish they had a deal if you could get a lamb boti and pizza, at the moment you can only get a chicken boti and pizza. they have some great offers. the staff is always friendly, and eating always comes hot and fast. thank you."

"Disappointed tonight. Not allowed to specify a time as there were no slots ,which we normally do for about7.30. Advised that it would arrive by 6.05 pm. IT DIDNT , IT ARRIVED AT ALMOST 6.45. Nothing wrong with the food itself ,there never is but it was ALMOST COLD."

"The girl on the phone has brilliant customer service friendly and helpful. she knew I was a regular customer and I ordered the wrong one and had been horrified, but she knew what I had ordered before and chose the right one for me. fresh food and always on time never wrong"

"Just arrived home from what I have to say was the worst meal I've ever had the pleasure of paying for! My other half has been craving chicken for a couple of weeks so I suggested trying the coffin club as we've not been since it changed from holy smokes and I'd read good things. I now feel terrible as the best thing about the meal was the service! We arrived at 6.15 and ordered 2 pints and a sharing platter. The lovely young lady brought the drinks instantly. At 7.00 she came back and offered potato skins and coleslaw as there'd been a mix up in the kitchen and our meal wasn't ready. At 7.15 our sharing platter arrived, disappointed does not even come close to how we both felt. The beef brisket, pulled pork and burger were quite nice, however no sausage as stated on the menu, soggy chips, chilli beef that tasted like bolognese (no kick at all! , terrible ribs and according to my other half the only place he's ever eaten that can get chicken wings wrong! We did let the waitress know as we paid and she did let the kitchen know however all she could do was apologise. Not her fault at all and she dealt with our complaint very well. With so many restaurants vying for business in Sunderland city centre right now I can safely say this is one to be put down to experience. What a shame!"
