"One of the best afternoon teas we have had! From the warm welcome and excellent service off Debbie our waitress, to the superb sandwiches, scones that melted in your mouth and cakes and pastries to die for! Nothing was to much trouble for the chefs and Debbie, who went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect as we had a special dietary request also! Would highly recommend Moor Hall for it’s afternoon tea and will be back to work our way through the brunch menu soon!"

"Visited early afternoon. One person serving and lots of tables uncleared from lunch. Quiet but no hurry to serve more interested clearing from lunch than customers. Ordered tea and a panini which was undercooked and not completely hot through. When we tried to pay no one was there, then the single member of staff appeared but spent 5 mins on her mobile not noticing me standing there. Ok one off visit but not impressed with the service or food. Gave no tip."

"Popped in for a Sunday brunch and were quickly seated. Staff friendly. Ordered quickly and didn’t have to wait too long. Food was very good (Sausage sandwich and Poached Eggs) and good value. Downside is that it just looks a little tired and could do with a clean. The guy in the baseball cap (not sure if he’s the owner or not) was also dressed in what looked like his painting jumper and just didn’t give a good, clean impression. Worth a visit but could be so much nicer."
