"The most dirtier room in the world. Omg very bed hotel. Staff from restaurant to reception very rude. I was there for 4 nights and no one come to clean our room once, I did complain and they say that will come to clean tomorrow and they lied ?. Very disappointing. Do yourself a favor choose another hotel."

"Do not let the outside looks fool you. This is a place that you want to walk past all of the fancy looking restaurants for. The food is amazing, the staff are great and the atmosphere is worth every penny at this reasonably priced eatery. Breakfast was simply amazing! There is a reason this place pops up at the top of the list when you search for food.If you are in downtown Syracuse, this place is a must to experience."

"We brought our 3 years old to brunch (they have high chairs) and had a great experience with the staff. The atmosphere is really cool, cozy also comes in mind. The food was pretty good, but the portions were definitely too small. Both my wife and I went quite hungry and that was French toast on our own breakfast after eating a part of our sons. My ash browns were also quite cold. Benny's eggs are delicious. If I went back, I would expect to order several courses and that would be for a very expensive brunch. I hope they do this!"
