"Went in for a latte after skiing for a half day (not alot of snow in Telluride yet so pretty slow). When I walked in there was a tall man standing behind the counter, I started to ask some questions about some different seasonal drinks they had and he was extremely rude and acted like I was an idiot for not knowing what type of product they use (in this case it was a pumpkin spice latte), and basically I wanted to know if they use syrup or power… Well, he went on to tell me very rudely that they are both taste the same, and I told him that to me there is a difference He then told me if I don’t like it to leave. I was shocked! I asked to speak to the manager and he told me he was the OWNER!!! Obviously an owner who don’t know how to run a business, espeically since I was not being rude in any way and actually was trying to be pleasant as could be. You would think it the slow time of year they would take all the business they get, and I can only imagine if he was this way with me (I am an extremely easy going easy to get along with nice person) that he is like that with everybody!"
