"I appreciate the attempt at boba, but it's definitely not chewy as it should be, and the tea milk drinks are interesting (don't hate it but it's not what I'm used to). They remind me of ice blendeds from CBTL but in almond and honeydew (kinda soapy in flavor but oddly good) They play good music here and it's definitely quirky being attached to a pickle sandwich place. Elouise made a reference to Stars Hallow walking in, so it's all good."

"The Cookies Man is my go-to place for coffee and a sweet treat. Scott, the proprietor, offers numerous cookie creations that are the absolute perfect accompaniment to his excellent Dark Nectar brand coffee (best coffee in SLO County). My favorites with coffee are the brown butter Kahlua, sea salt caramel chip or maple bacon tabasco. Another favorite has little crunchy bits of toffee candy baked into them. Other flavors are worth trying and Scott is quick to offer free samples. Scott is a Navy Veteran who is quick to share stories from his military service as well as from his adventures in civilian life. Stunning cosmic photos related to his astrophotography passion hang on the walls. This friendly eclectic little shop is one of the places which makes Templeton feel a bit Mayberryesque."

"This is hands down my favorite ice cream. I like it better than traditional ice cream in that it is made from sheep's milk and has cleaner ingredients. I like the Fresh Mint and Chip, the Brown sugar, and the Vanilla Bean. The Strawberry Basil is an unique one, but not something I could or want to eat everyday. It is always good to eat local food products from local businesses."

"You have a huge veggie menu and most of the menu can be made vegan. It is also attached to a cute café. If you are aware of more health, go there if you like comfort or “junk” food. Almost everything is very high in calories."
