"We have often eaten at flippers, but were not there recently. we heard the pizza went down, but we didn't know how bad. well, a friend brought today a pizza and brotsticks from flippers and both were burned! the pizza was soggy and it was one of the worst pizzas I've ever eaten. we threw the half of the pizza in the müll. the brotsticks were also bad, and that was also müll bound. who has flippers hopes that they will see this review and fire their chef and bring their restaurant back to what it was a few years ago. after lunch today we will not be back. the friend who bought the pizza said that the restaurant was empty for lunch. After we saw this pizza and tried, we can see why."

"Cozy atmosphere and very accommodating. We were short on time to get to a show. Our waiter suggested quick options and made sure we got our food in time to enjoy our meal with time to spare. He cashed out our bills before we finished, so we were able to walk out when we finished. Great food and a relaxed 'quick ' meal."

"Very, very good food. One of the best restaurants in the area food-wise generally speaking. We've had some bad experiences with the service in the past, especially at the bar, but this time we went we had a very nice and competent girl at the bar and the meal was awesome."

"I always loved jersey mike, they make a fantastic huh philly. but my experience there tonight was really disappointing. at first it took forever to get our food, although they were not really so busy. second, eating was really not on the spot, nowhere near as well as usual. thirdly, the place was disgusting dirty. not a clean table to be found, my man had to wet some serviettes and one. food among all tables. glass looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks. the chaos behind the counter was incredible. only really a disappointment. I don't know if management changed? but will not be in every hurry to go back."

"My family and I visit this place 2 or more times a month. The food is good overall. I have to highlight the Zinger salad, which I really enjoy. My son insists that the hamburgers here are the best he's ever had. The atmosphere is pleasant, and the TVs help make the waiting time more bearable. The staff is friendly, but the long waiting times to place an order and sometimes for payment can be a bit frustrating. Unfortunately, the restroom has an unpleasant urine odor, indicating a cleanliness issue, which is why I can't give it a 5-star rating."
