"Came in just before noon, wasn't too busy but appeared only 2 employees in the store. Short Latino guy was super rude while telling us almost everything we order they didn't have it including any chicken except for tenders...like why even open? African guy in back was working his butt off though. Ended up getting tenders and famous bowl. Most disappointing meal we've had in a long while. Tenders were hard and cold, and mainly breading. Bowl was cold and bland. Avoid this location at all costs."

"27 August 2022, approximately 4:30 pm. Disappointed. Ordered the 8 piece original chicken family dinner with 4 biscuits and two large sides for take out. When we got home there were no thighs. We had 2 legs, 3 wings and 3 breasts. While this is technically 8 pieces, it was not the implied 2 wings, 2 breasts 2 legs and two thighs that one would expect. This may not be an issue for most people, but my husband does not particularly like chicken, but will eat chicken thighs. And his displeasure at effectively taking him out of the meal, means I won't be talking him into another KFC dinner soon. My recommendation is employees not sub food items without consulting the customer. I could have been offered two crispy thighs or two other pieces of original chicken. I would have chosen two legs. Long story short, it is easier to accept the substitution if the customer is involved in the decision"

"Sandwich connoisseur was pleasant from the start and swiftly crafted my foot long spicy Italian, honestly my go to sandwich and I got it on the herb and cheese bread and I couldn't have been more pleased, it was the perfect combination of soft and crunchy. Will definitely be coming back again (probably been there 10 times before actually writing a review)."
