"I stumbled upon this unassuming wine bar and had such a lovely experience. They have a simple charcuterie menu with a great little wine list of natural wines that you can also purchase to take home. Our server told us KX is a health facility and coffee bar and that they just launched the wine bar so the menu was created using all local, natural, unprocessed ingredients. We got the mixed meat and cheese board with some sourdough bread, fermented pickles and some mixed nuts and everything was absolutely delicious. Very cute little date spot or afternoon meet up place for some snacks and nice wine. We will definitely be back!"

"I'm always wanting to try new small mom and pop shops that start up in Toronto and really wanted to like Sfizio but time and time again it just misses the mark. It has a lot of potential with big businesses in the area but it is usually empty during lunch time and/or after work. Which shouldn't be the case seeing how the pubs in the area are always packed.The menu is a bit boring. Nothing really jumps out or is it exciting. You would think that with the wood burning oven that people would be lining up to get in with the smell of the wood burning but no. The pizza is just okay. The sauce doesn't taste homemade and at times you can taste the aluminum from the can that the sauce came from. The veggie pasta that I ordered was drenched in olive oil and the veggies, although grilled well, lacked any flavour.It feels that the owners have given up as the service is lacking which then is shown in the food. There is no passion in the restaurant at all. It seems as if the staff are just waiting for closing time."

"Food is very good.. but from our visit, nothing really ”wow” ed me. We got the lamb, carpaccio, crab special of the night and cavatelli. The menu changes daily and I’ve seen other menus that looked more interesting. So maybe it just depends on your visit. While it is slightly expensive (it is Yorkville after all), the portions are actually big.. so between 2 people, 3 4 dishes to share is more than enough. Service is friendly I get the impression that they have quite a bit of regulars who dine. The space is tight, but somehow it works! Best seats are probably the ones facing the window or the corner bar seats."
