The kitchen isn't left. everything is obviously made home and if you arrive too late, some dishes have disappeared from the map. It's the ransom of success. a special mention for the truffled burrata and the brioche way lost bread that are absolutely to fall. wine is excellent and at a reasonable price to troyes! If we had to find a negative point, I would say that we shouldn't be too pressed at noon or then report it to the server. In conclusion, a place where to lunch without hesiter!"
