"My waitress was super sweet. I went on my birthday and got the Minion pancakes because they were so cute. They were pretty good and so was the rest of the food. My only complaint was the coffee. It tasted like sludge and there was absolutely no doctoring to make it any better. $3+ for the coffee and I couldn't even finish one cup."

"Delivered on the day we got snowed in by three feet of snow. They have a special place in my heart bc of that. Very easy to work with and delivered within thirty minutes of placing my order. Also, there is a choice on how spicy you want your food, which was very nice. The food itself was really good but not as fresh as my regular Chinese place. Overall, 4 and a half stars :D"

"I have been coming to this bakery for 62 years i used to come with my grandparents when i was a little girl every Sunday after church. I make all of the same recipes as my grandparents and in order for the recipes to taste the same i need to buy the same ingredients i have moved out of the area many years ago, my parents used to have cheese and bread shipped to California for 10 years until we came back to the east coast. I now live close to Boston and i have been all over the North End the Italian section) and i can't find the same Pecorino Romano cheese so i make the trip to Utica at least twice a year to get cheese and bread as there is no other place like Napoli's. My travel is 5 hours one way but it is so worth it. Their tomato pie is the best as i get that also. i have tried other places in Utica for cheese, bread and tomato pie but they can't compare to Napoli's. Thank you Napoli's for allowing me the carry on the tradition of my heritage and recipes my children also come to Napoli's for their ingredients so the tradition lives on in my children and grandchildren."
