"This is a weird place. Luminex Y Sal is a casual Mexican place, so Cantina 31 is supposed to be a more upscale and formal experience. Upscale applies only to the pricing. Some dishes are good, some are really off (like the salmon). Setting is separate in an upstairs room, but really just another casual bar space. I’d not go back."
