"I have been to many tea rooms and Venus Sophia is still one of my favorites! The vegetarian afternoon tea made for the most unique and delicious tea sandwiches I have ever had. The sweets were delicious, cute decor, and delicious tea. I went home withthe Venus Sophia Chai, a floral chai with rose and lavender. Wish I lived in Victoria so I could come here more! If you aregoing to Victoria for tea, skip The Empress and go to Venus Sophia twice for the same price (or explore one of the other tearooms in the area)."

"The restaurant is located in the “Cook Street Village Food Court”, at the far end. The women making the food was really friendly and wonderful to chat with. Delicious vegetarian platter, I totally recommend it!"

"Great portion, food was hot but the eggs were not medium poached, the ham on the Benny was so thick it was hard to eat. And the potatoes were cut so big that they were raw on the inside. Benny sauce was good tho."

"Always been a fan of Ramen and to have found this place it was awesome. Went in there late at night it wasn't busy so it's nice and the place was quite, comfortable and cozy. The food was nice I enjoyed it and the service was great as well had a lovely time with my friends."
