"I had one of the best experiences in almost food restaurant. service was excellent, it made us feel very special. when we made an order, the worker told us to take our seats. she was very friendly, brought serviettes, utensilien, sauces, and when eating was done, we did not have to stand up to collect it. eating was delicious and good portions, just right to make them feel full. in any case it will go back there."

"Truly awful, wanted to treat my family on my way home from work this evening so i called into the denby dale road branch drive through. Never again! They missed popcorn chicken off as well as the gravy. I asked for only thighs or legs as we dont like the breast meat (to dry for us) but got breast pieces which were very overcooked and had to be thrown away. £23 in the bin. Do not use this branch."

"Ordered a family bucket at drive through about 8.30pm. Was told they would need to cook chicken as 14 pieces and would be about 12 minutes park up qnd we'll bring it out. No problem at all, at least hot and fresh. Waited about 25 minutes before going inside and asking, then they appeared to be rushing to try and bag up, i think they had somehow forgotten about the order although no idea how when the place was near on empty. Got back and what a disappointment, the absolutely tiniest pieces of chicken, one so much you get as much on the drumstick shaped hot wing and the chip bags not even half full. Won't go again in a hurry."

"A decent take-away with more than average food but the service is terrible. A food is good but you can wait ages for your food to come out if you are in shop. Once at home about 1 mile away, we ordered 2 burgers/chips and I kid you not it actually took 2 hours for the delivery to come even after we rang several times, we rang to cancel our order and we ordered from a different take-away and that order came before Kashar. Horrendous"

"Eating is alot better great improvement made, as among new peculiarities now but waiting time is ridiculous has been 1 hour for delivery or 30 minutes for the collection now 1 hour later I'm sitting in the workshop than just a person need to work more workers, since eating is actually good"

"I went to burger King today and ordered haloumi fries along with a veggie burger. They arrived, I ate one and it turned out to be chicken strips! I am vegetarian. I am absolutely disgusted. I complained and asked for a full meal refund. The manager refused saying it wasn 't the kitchdns fault as it was put through as chicken not haloumi, I pointed out that that wasn 't good enough as I am vegetarian and ended up eating chicken and again asked for a full refund out of common courtesy, the managers response a full refund won 't make me feel any better, so a refund on the chicken and free haloumi fries is good enough! A refund won 't make me feel better! There are no words on how disgusting that manager treated me after eating meat and being a vegetarian!! This was at trinity walk wakefield"
