"Shop looked clean, and was easy to get in and out of the drive thru. Barista was super friendly and quick. We ordered 2 Chocolate Chip Frapes, and they tasted fine, but there was an undertone of something almost fruity? Not sure what it was, but it really put off the whole drink. We're not disappointed for making the stop to try out a new (to us) coffee shop, and would recommend others to try them out, but probably not a coffee shop we'll be rushing back to anytime soon."

"I can see why the hype caused long lines into traffic when this location opened up. The staff is extremely nice and conversational. There are tons of unique menu items. The cookie dough cold brew was top notch. As we pulled up and they opened up the window we could smell it was going to be a good day. Prices seem reasonable for a once in awhile visit."

"The staff are always super friendly. If you are looking for a drink suggestion they are super helpful. I go here pretty often and I've never had a error with my order and everything I order tastes amazing. My favorite drink is the frozen mocha with an extra shot. Mmm! So good! Also try their bacon and cheddar breakfast croissant."

"Alpha coffee has a unique signature flavor. And I love supporting local, veteran owned companies, especially when they have an amazing product. Alpha has a wide range of light to very dark roast coffee, and they are all phenomenal. Their dark roasts have beautiful roasted, chocolaty, spicey notes, without the burnt cigarette flavor common to other dark roasts. And they have great food options; if you want a quick bite before heading into the canyons for fishing, hunting or skiing stop by the Cottonwood location. Or if you want to meet up with friends for a day at the gun range, the West Jordan spot has a cool vibe. And the baristas are always super friendly!"

"I visit my local beans every morning, ask the staff knows me by name and drink, this isn't so much about the site as it is the app. Again I visit every day, since October 6th, I havent received any of my points. I look forward to getting my points, I get the same thing everyday, sometimes twice. I cakes corporate office only to get a message to leave my info.. 4 days later so no call back. When I asked the girls today I was told that corporate didn't call back unless they feel it's an issue that would cause them a negitive appearance in the eyes of the public, of course they respond to online complaints because it's public and they want to uphold an image. Im beyond disappointed.. I think from now on I'm be going to Dutch bros."

"I don't get how they never get the concept of light ice. It's disappointing to get a cup, half full of ice when I ask for light, light ice. And it's everytime I go here... Im not going to give it back and tell em..... But if I'm going to tip you 5-10 bucks everytime, at least get the request correct. This location is just awful for my specific drink apparently. Done spending money at this location."
