"I would love to give 5 stars, however there was a young white, blonde girl that took my order and was very rude. She kept being judgmental about my order and just being really short and rude with me. For some reason she was really obsessed with the glass bowls that they serve the shaved ice in. She told us when she gave us our order to not throw away the bowls…. which like ok, that’s fine, it was just weird. I’m not d why would I throw out a glass bowl? Then we asked for a to go tub and she screamed NO, you cannot take the bowls with you. We didn’t want to take the gosh darn bowls, we just wanted a to go tub. Then when I was leaving she screamed at me “DID YOU JUST THROW OUT THE BOWLS???” and I was like “No, I placed them down on the counter where you told me to and your coworker took them”. It was such a bizarre situation. I really did enjoy the shaved ice, and I wish I could give 5 stars but this was some of the worst customer service id ever experienced."

"I came to Heritage to get some work done. I could barely work when I received my food came out..IT WAS THAT DELICIOUS. I had the Chicken Avocado rice bowl and wow. Flavors were intense and melodic. The cafe is also very clean and spacious. I highly recommend Heritage. My new neighborhood spot!"

"I love this place, I have ordered from here regularly for years. I have yet to be disappointed by anything I have ordered. I especially appreciate the many vegetarian options that are delicious and not an afterthought like they tend to be at other places. I ordered for delivery today through Toast and only received half of my order due to an error by the delivery person. I received a call from Stella Belle saying that they noticed the error and delivered the missing items themselves. They absolutely did not have to do that but I really appreciated it. I will always keep coming back here because it is delicious food prepared by people who care about their business."

"Incredible, amazing food. Tried a gyro, sambusa, falafel and plantains with Somali sweet tea. Everything was soo good. Friendly helpful staff. If I lived in the city I?d probably be here all the time. Definitely recommend."

"My wife and I got married on the back patio and we come back every year for our anniversary. The staff is exceptional, the food is OUTSTANDING, and you really cannot beat the atmosphere!! Had the Czars Medallions and Beef Stroganoff. Both are OUTSTANDING!! The beef is tender and perfectly cooked and the Czars is also cooked to perfection. We will continue to come back every year for the rest of our lives!!"
