"The Chandler Steakhouse, located inside the MGM Springfield, is quality dining at its finest.Our party arrived for our 5:45 reservation on a Thursday evening, and were seated in a private room, with mahogany, leather padded walls.The Chandler Crab Cake, consisting of jumbo lump crab, lemon caviar aioli, and capers was an incredible appetizer, with just enough breading to hold the tender crab meat together. Every lemony morsel practically dissolved upon contact with the tongue.The Garlic Shrimp, with garlic lemon butter and a side of grilled crostini was delicious. The fresh shrimp seemed to be infused with garlic goodness and was quite pleasing to the palate.The New England Cheese Experience was scrumptious, and included the chef’s curated selection of Brie, Bleu, and Swiss type cheeses, honeycomb, stone fruit jam, and Marcona almonds.The medium-rare 8-ounce filet was extraordinary. The resting of the cut was perfectly timed, allowing the juices to let loose in the mouth instead of on the plate, giving that melting sensation. The large. loaded baked potato was very tasty, with bacon chunks and melted cheese stealing the show.The vanilla bean creme brulee was also exquisite, highlighted with blueberries, a slice of strawberry, and an iced cookie. It was a perfect conclusion to a perfect meal.If you 're successful at the casino, take some of those winnings and treat yourself to an exceptional dining experience. The Chandler Steakhouse is more than a safe bet."

"With our small appetites, my husband and I opted to share a salad and steak. We ordered the palm salad which is presented as a round stack of cucumber, tomato, avocado, arugula and cojita cheese with a mild white wine vinaigrette. Each of us received our own small stack. As do most steakhouses, the kitchen sliced our perfectly seasoned and cooked 12 oz. strip steak. it 's very rich flavor was enhanced by a rub of garlic from the included baked bulb. The spinach was fresh and lightly steamed. A pinot noir from Oregon complimented our meal. Our server Kristy was friendly and knowledgeable."

"So I ordered my food to go and it came all messed up my Steak wasn't cooked properly and my fries where not loaded as requested. However I called and complained and they where more than nice, they understood and treated me with the best customer service which made me not be as mad and cranky. The Manager Arielle was super polite and offered to help me by giving me gift card for there mistake. She understood and gave me the best customer service with out being rude. You can clearly tell how hard working she is and how good she treats her customers. I'm surely going to keep going to this restaurant because sometimes its not even about the food which is important as well, but she gave me the best customer service and treated me super nice and took care of my frustration and problems. This Manager deserves more than management she should be at the top of the chain and should get a raise. Because its people like this which keep the business afloat and trust me I will keep coming back as she treated me with respect and gave me the best customer service. To who is reading this I 100% recommend this restaurant specially this restaurant because they take good care of you. I also spoke to Shawn who is the upper manager and he treated me very nice as well and took my feedback regarding her hard working manager Arielle."
