"We showed up at our reservation time and were informed that they had no record of our reservation, even after we showed them our email confirmation the hostess was less than accommodating, telling us they could put us at top of wait list but would still be min wait. And hour later we were still waiting and when I asked what was going on, she didnât even have our names on list-even though I had a buzzer... two other groups w reservations were also told they would have to wait a extreme amount of time while we were waiting. They informed us all that they didnât really take reservations for groups under and when we queried why open table let us book them then, they said that wasnât their problem it was the managerâs issue. This was my first time at British Beer Company, and I will NOT be going back."
