"Lucky Lou's has a fantastic atmosphere inside and outside. On Tuesday at 12:30 for lunch and it was pretty crowded. .Service was fast and really friendly. Fish Tacos had great taste. You get only 2, but the amount of fish in each one was good enough. Tartar sauce and chipotle yogurt in the Tacos is a perfect pairing to cod. Chicken Gyro was big and tasted good. Not the same as a lamb gyro, but nevertheless was very good. Like anything else in these days it was a little expensive for lunch, but the quality of food, service and atmosphere was worth everything."

"We arrived with great expectations, and sadly we were a bit disappointed. When we sat down, we immediately noticed that it was unusually loud for the soft lighting and seemingly intimate ambience they were seeking to achieve. The menu is fantastic and everything that we ordered tasted very good, but the preparation was very uneven. For instance, our cauliflower appetizer, which was delicious, Seemed to be microwaved because part of it was cold (as if it came out of the refrigerator) and part was room temperature. We’re not even sure whether the dish was intended to be served hot or cold… We had a “warm kale salad” that came to the table piping hot and steaming. That also seemed very odd. A final point of concern was that from the time we sat down to the time our entrées were cleared was only 45 minutes. Some people might see that as a benefit, but for a fine dining experience at this price point, we felt rushed. There was barely 3 minutes between the time our appetizers were cleared at our main courses arrived. We intentionally ordered tea and sat for an additional 20 minutes so we could feel like we had a full experience. As appealing as the menu is and as good as the food tasted, I’m not sure we will ever go back."

"It would be nice if they put all of your order in one place. We ordered a family meal for pickup. I asked if everything was in the bag. They answered yes. As I passed the bakery section I heard a customer say they were missing items. I checked my bag. It was also missing items. Appearantly you have to pickup the bakery items at a separate counter. Several customers werereturning while I was waiting because they were missing items."

"Good Sandwiches. I have taken-out or eaten in here about a dozen times always ordering a sandwich or soup. Sometimes I have had to wait a few extra minutes to be served, in-house and take-out, but it's usually around the lunch hour. The food makes up for the wait. The menu has some interesting sandwiches. Each one I've tried has been very tasty."

"Food was delicious. I ordered the new lemon rosemary chicken with sweet potato casserole and the Spanish rice. Everything was seasoned perfect and nice and hot but not too hot where it burned my mouth. The fact that they bring your tray to the table and give you a nice quality napkin and real silverware really makes them stand apart from other quick casual restaurants. Good job Boston Market Glastonbury!"
