"Not happy with this experience at all. Terrible communication skills and ginger lady even went so far as to roll her eyes at me all because she couldn’t hear me, yet they make it so you have to order 2 metres away and wear a...mask so this attitude wasn’t fair on my behalf I feel. Over all staff had a bad attitude and was not positive at all made the place feel unwelcoming . Chips were hardly cooked and very small portions however sausage was nice at the least ."

"Excellent restaurant for all times of the day, run by an enthusiastic chef/ owner who changes his menu every few days to keep it fresh and exciting. Limited menu but very interesting dishes and not overpriced like most. Welcoming staff who complete the experience. This is how more restaurants should be run in the post COVID era, will visit again. Recommended if you are in this area and want to avoid rip-off Whitstable. Parking: Outside if you are patient, free also. "Eaten takeaway from here many times and never been disappointed. Chips are cooked to perfection and the batter is always light and crispy. Their chicken bites (not nuggets) are made with real chicken and are really tasty, again with good batter on them. Start are always happy and chatty and friendly."

"Good fish and teig, but like all other chips, the chips are soft. Why don't chips have more? our order was ready quickly, had not waited long. fisch still served in polystyrene tablets, not kartons, which is a scandal."
