"Food is always excellent, service has changed. Unfortunately they answered and worked two phone orders before even asking me if I'd been helped. The of course prepared those phone order in order placed or taken so it would've been quicker for me to call from inside. "Ordered 3 subs one of which contained a burger . Although the employee put on gloves to make my order he was going to continue using the same gloves he just touched raw meet with. I had to ask him to change the gloves. Other employees were also wearing gloves to do a lot more than make food. I witnessed 2 answer the phones and then proceed to finish cooking. If my order wasn't already paid for I would have left. Proper food handling needs to be taught at this establishment !"

"I went to the lunch buffet. The salad bar is also available. It's a good salad bar. The pizza, pasta and breadstick are always delicious. The buffet is only for lunch on Thursday and Fridar."

"Unfortunately there is a lady here employee owner that I don't see eye to eye with outside of this restaurant. but one thing for sure is this place is hands down the best and I won't take away from her just because I dislike the lady. my friends ordered the Alfredo, chicken parm, salad, bread sticks, and pasta for a party was truely amazing."

"I visited Ohio for a family reunion. This hotel was the host location. Pros: Pleasant staff, and the building was clean and nicely decorated. The room was clean as well upon entry. There was a bar for guests to have an evening cocktail, which was nice. The morning breakfast was the usual eggs, bread, yogurt, cereal, and fruit with coffee and juices. Coffee was available all day as well. Hotel is conveniently located near stores to pick up essentials and takeout. Cons: It didn't appear there was enough staff. The owner was overwhelmed at times and could be seen running around trying to do everything instead of staff assisting guests. The room was supposed to be cleaned, but the bed was not made. Only the towels were replaced and the garbage can emptied. Everything else was left untouched. That's a first! The dinner was held at the banquet room. The food was reheated frozen food that was just terrible; previously frozen salmon, hard reheated frozen vegetables, and roasted potatoes that had some hard ones thrown in. Vegetarian option was hard pasta with tasteless sauce, hard veggies, and the potatoes. Overall, this property is okay for a short stay. I would stay there again if I needed to in the area, but I would not order any food because it just wasn't good. There's better choices within less than a mile."
