"The old axiom "don't judge a book by its cover "applies here. Nothing spectacular to look at outside or in but the food is great. Always fresh and great flavors, show the effort is in the food prep not the decor. Highly recommend the Kung Pao chicken and the breaded veal, also had vegetable lo mein , this place hits on all points; food, flavor, service and pocket book. Haven't ever experienced a bad dish here."

"What an awful place! My partner and I ordered a few things for dinner from here, chicken balls, breaded Veal, and some rice and soup. A few minutes after my partner got off the phone they phoned back asking if we ordered food and then asking for the address again. We waited over an hour and when it did arrive, tipped the delivery guy anyway. When we opened the bag, our breaded Veal was missing. My partner immediately called and they told him it wasn 't possible and that we definitely received it. My partnered listed off what we received and offered to send a picture. The guy said he didn 't want to argue and would send out a fresh order. An hour goes by and no Veal. So we call them back and ask if it 's on the way and the guy says to my partner my delivery guy says you dishonest, you a liar. We were absolutely blown away! I can 't believe that a business would actually act like this and over $9 Veal! They could have fixed the situation and brought the Veal or refunded it but instead they argued with and swore at my partner and hung up. I so rarely write reviews and certainly not complaints because I work in the customer service industry and always have. But this is by far one of the most outrageous experiences with a restaurant that I have ever had. I can 't believe that a business would act like this. Save yourself the headache (and empty stomach) and take your business to Marigold 's."

"This is one of best one-stop-shop Filipino Groceries in town. They offer a wide array of filipino dishes and food products that are mostly imported from the Philippines. My favorites here are the Lumpia, Sisig and Lechon. They also sell the popular but hard to find 'Balut '. The store is brighter and spacier now after the renovation. Nice to have you back Tindahan!"
