"I think the business has changed hands recently as all the staff are different. This used to be in my opinion the best chippy in the area which has been my local for 16 years. The fish wasn’t even a single piece of cod, it was strips of fish that had been pressed together. The batter was awful and greasy and hardly any fish present. The chips were very chewy and tasted awful as well. I can safely say that I will not be frequenting this chippy anymore. If you want good fish n chips don’t buy them from this joint!!!"

"Arrived at 7pm as a party of five. We were shown to our table by a server who already had two plates inhis hand and was waiting another table. After out starters arrived, there was a 50 minute wait for the main course, which only arrived when we reminded staff. I am pretty sure we had been forgotten as people were served food who had arrived well after us. The Chicken Alfredo was cold and I had to ask for cutlery. The tiny portion tasted of tinned chicken soup and was returned. We will not be returning."
