"Husband and I were in Chicago for grandniece confirmation back on March. Husband and I had the most delicious breakfast sandwich. I would highly recommend Heritage bicycles for a quick meal. Fantastic food!! Local hangout with laidback atmosphere. Can also buy a heritage t shirt. Great location for great food."

"I live in Carlsbad and I have been at this store probably five times and every single time I have been there, the customer service has been pretty much non existent.I have either been completely ignored or talked to like they are doing me a favor.I ended up buying my bike, rack and accessories at the La Jolla location and my experience was awesome.Today my husband went to this location with the intention of purchasing a new bike to save the drive to La Jolla and nobody came to help him or asked if he needed any help. And no, the store wasn't full of people so it's not like they were busy with other customers"

"Talk about customer service! Rented a pair of e-bikes to travel the Pacific Electric Trail. Jerry was so helpful and made sure that we were not only comfortable with the operation of the bikes but also gave us information regarding points of interest on the trail! When we encountered a sharp object/flat tire, Jerry quickly sprung into action and came to our rescue. Being close to lunch time, he gave us a couple of restaurant recommendations and even dropped us off! It’s hard to pinpoint the best part of the trip: the comfortable ride on the bikes with the gorgeous views or getting to know Jerry on the “flat tire” driving tour of Claremont! Jerry is the best:"
