My boyfriend is from the south and complained that there weren’t any good southern food options in Seattle. I found Baked from the Hart and brought home his favorite (a pecan pie) for his bday. My husband purchased several cheesecake as an anniversary gift. The crust and outer sides were great we have tried 4 so far and the center is like pudding. So I am not sure if you are supposed to bake them more or they are supposed to be this way. I am sorry that he spent so much money and I am not impressed at all. View all feedback.
