"Our Christmas goose was overwhelming. We got the complete menu home and only had to warm it up. Everything was thought to be perfectly welded in and the portions made abundant. The preparation based on the instructions was a children's play. Our whole family didn't find an end to eating with enthusiasm. You taste and feel how much skill and love is conjured here in the kitchen."

"The fischerbaude in holzhau is an old traditional restaurant with connected pension. strangers can sometimes be deceived with the name: the building where the mountain chain is of course not a fish restaurant. rather it was founded by a family fisherman. the restaurant is cozy. the service was very friendly and attentive. on the teller comes the fertile home kitchen. very tasty and a good value for money. for less than 10 euro are also to have wild specialties."
