We love Cultivate Kitchen and try to go here every time we pass through Silverthorne. It is located inside Angry James Brewery but it is not your typical bar food. Everything here is healthy, fresh and delicious! I especially love their beet sliders, but everything we've tried here is tasty! You can't really go wrong. View all feedback.
UPDATE Cultivate Kitchen is no longer at Angry James. Stay tuned for another vendor in that space, and bigger and better things for Cultivate Kitchen.

It's located in the the Angry James Brewery without great signage but very good food. It's basically a food truck (with no truck) in the brewery. We were there for lunch and had a jalapeño pretzel appetizer which arrived quickly, was hot and melt in your mouth fresh. My wife had the beet sliders which she raved about and that does not happen very often. I ordered the Jalapeño Brat Chili dog and they brought me a Jalapeño brat with cole slaw which was just as well. The brat had a fair amount of spice so the slaw was a nice combo to combine with the brat. Definitely recommend this place.
Best meal I ever had. A quote from my 9 year old son about the pork tacos with cabbage slaw and cookie with ice cream for dessert. Granted, he 's been known to exaggerate a bit, but I don 't think he was that far off. I had a special, eggplant with lots of veggies and pesto on a heated focaccia bread and it was amazing. Vanilla ice cream on the pumpkin and chocolate chip cookie was epic. All of our meals were so fresh and delicious. All this served up by an incredibly nice owner and located inside a tasty brewery. Can 't wait to go back.
Terrific from scratch eatery inside the angry James brewery. It's a food truck inside of a bar. But that sells it short. We had Cubanos, pork bbq tacos and flatbread pizza that were all terrific. Honestly better than the beer.
