Serving their signature peppery garlicky savoury soup for over 30 years, their rendition isn't quite as potent as other brands, but is certainly appetizing and drinkable. . The pork ribs are tender enough to come off the bones easily, but have a chew, with meaty savoury sweet peppery flavour. . The preserved mustard greens are nicely soft stewed, with a slight tangy note to complement the vegetal savoury sweet flavour . "Cozy elegant and charming atmosphere. the red shines a classic French. as the beautiful weeping list of the red ones among other things is asleep. cuisine is well executed. this is particularly impressive in view of the ones called weeping. in the did an impressive list that couple well with eating. the kitchen is traditional in nature and true to shape. chef has great skills and knows the material well. I like the tweeper with an olive- and sardine garnish, deaf and lamb was also good. with a Chateauneuf-du-Pape that went well. also love the ratatouille. space for dessert"

"It’s my first visit to Tippling. Ambience was nice a quiet until the guests on my next table arrived. His voice was loud n he never stopped talking. Food was good, but cocktails was better. I would say 80% of the food was excellent and the 20% is just average to me. Service by chef was great, but there’s something missing by the service staffs. I couldn’t feel that welcoming and warmth touch from them. I’ve been to several similar restaurants locally and overseas and the service was excellent. The staffs gave the warmth feeling that you want to return to dine there again despite the cost."

"I order the gnocchi and my date ordered another meal (forgot the name but it was excellent), the food overall was excellent. We ordered a bottle of wine that was also priced right and was delicious! The service was great as well! I’d only say maybe the tables are a little close together, no biggie though."

"Crab meat fish maw soup: awesome! Flavorful. Add some vinegar and white pepper powder for more taste. Chicken: Rice is delicious not too oily. Chicken is smooth and not fatty. Fresh slices of cucumber. Chilli sauce has just the right combi of chilli lime and ginger. Pretty pricey since this is a sit down restaurant. You can get their chilli to go in a glass bottle for $3.50. Expires in a year."

"Spago Singapore at level 57 of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel is one of my go to restaurant and I finally made it there on the 20 February 2022, which was also my birthday. This made the whole experience even more special and spectacular (at least to me . On giving 5 stars: Phone reservation to confirmation to rearrangement process was professional and polite. The whole experience was smooth and seamless. (Some restaurants do messed up your reservations, hence that explains my anxiety. The service from the front of house to the service staff, and bartenders was pleasant and prompt as all of them acknowledged with eye contact. (Thanks Alfred for your sincere hospitality. Food was reasonably priced with luxurious portions and exceptionally well done to my surprise. 2 pax for lunch at about $195 and we were too full to walk!
