"I emailed ahead to see could I bring my friends jack Russell with us. It was no problem. Greeted by a lovely young barman who gave us a great and varied menu. We ordered 3 mains all I can say is we licked the plates the roast beef was tender , bacon and cabbage was so tasty my daughter had toasted sandwich,chips and salad the coleslaw was homemade and tasty. The deserts were crumble and sticky toffee pudding they were amazing. All I can say is we will be back and I give it a 5star plus for service and food."

"Used to be a 5 star review… 6 people barely one good plate of food… Tonight. Would not recommend and likely won’t be back in future as a long term customers very disappointing. Between one of us getting cold food and many others just barely warm. The other getting sick in the toilet moments after finishing there food. Very disappointing service altogether. Also the waiter didn’t show the wine, we had to send the bottle back after he gave us the wrong one and still got charged for the first bottle brought until we mentioned it. Neighbouring table also must have left 5 full plates of food so I don’t think they should have been surprised when a complaint was also made from or table but seemed as if they had no idea…"

"In one of the most beautiful villages in Ireland Adare. Family Pub for the last century. Great food and drink. Traditional music Tuesday and Thursday. Live bands on weekends. You could meet someone here. Nice to see Bill Chawkes is back in full operation February 2022 to Kovid. Under the watchful eye of the big Al, things are normal again. Roll on 2026 and the Ryder Cup. Very large area for all events. Race of Cheltenham"
