It was my first time dining at Lago Ristorante and Wine Bar; actually, it was my first time at any Italian restaurant in White Plains. The atmosphere and décor were friendly, warm, inviting, and made me feel like I was eating somewhere in Italy. This restaurant is CLOSED! I booked a reservation on Open Table and drove 30 minutes to get there and find it closed. They never took their reservations system down on Open Table. Shame on them. View all feedback.
Why is Lago closed and how long has it been closed ? The food was pretty good . Did they move somewhere else?

I could eat their bread and olive oil, all day… Get the chicken Parm it’s amazing
We were excited to enjoy Christmas Eve dinner again here at Lago as we did last year and it did not disappoint! Although their holiday menu was the exact replica of last years menu for $75.00 per person, this year it was $90.00 per person ouch! The food was amazing and Nick always makes you feel welcomed. Amelia and the staff gave us excellent and attentive service. We will definitely be back.
Nothing amazing, people talk to much.Very small food for higher prices comparing to the other Italian restaurants same level and the poor service.Unfriendly waitress and rude, I order penne ala vodka and she brought me penne marinara sauce, I remained her my order and she told me ! This is penne ala vodka, maybe you don’t know! And pushed me to eat.The busgirl was nice and friendly,Overall, never come back ,
