Ono Hawaiian Bbq - South Gate

I placed a large order. when i came home I noticed the ragoons i ordered were missing,and one of my big plates,i asked for no rice, just salad, and i got a plate with chicken and rice. The fish i order was also still pink in the middle????

This location I come to more frequently because of the customer service I get from the cashier Kim. She is so attentive and friendly! I feel confident when she?s there and I?m ordering. thank you!

I like this place but it's usually a hit or miss , sometimes you get a good size portion and sometimes you get fried dough when you order the chicken katsu. Tonight I got fried dough .

Quick friendly service; they made a mistake with my order but there was no issues in getting it fix. Please have menus available on the countertop and maybe on the condiments table too? The TV constantly changing of menu items is confusing. Delicious food.

What happened to this place. I get the prices go up and I am willing to pay for good food. But the portions got smaller, especially with the pricy combos. It is sad to see how these food chains take advantage of the inflation.
