The Chicken from here be bussin BUT the customer service is horrible. You're almost better off not calling at all at this Harold's Chicken because you will be wasting your time on the phone waiting for them to hang up on you. However... the chicken is still really good no cap. View all feedback.
DO NOT COME HERE. Waited 1 hr 30 mins for 6wings. Not worth the wait. Go to calumet city, much faster!!Food: 1/5

I ordered some large fries and when I got home I did not have them after I paid over $5. I call them and ask for my refund or to speak to a manager who never has returned both of my calls so at this point I will never do business here again.
Despite the negative ratings, I came here for service. The young lady that took my order was as pleasant as could be. So appreciated the text when ur order ready system . Food delicious !
My food was hot and fresh. The beautiful girl with the locs provided great customers service and she’s an awesome cashier. The cooks were really nice as well. 10 out of 10 :)Food: 5/5
