Ac Waterfront Lounge Sfo

This place was convenient for us and welcoming, on the new year eve .. it was beautifully decorated, the bar person waitress were the only there and very nice and made us aware that the wait for eating an hour would be because of only one cook, there were not many people there at the time .. for some reasons, they did not take sure why if they did not help enough. it was over an hour for two burgers and an salat salat had no gurken it was mainly salat, grape tomatoes and avocado with 5 grilled garnel on a small dish? that is not an salate, salate have in the regular gurken, wobbles etc. and my daughter burger was very dry and cooked, it was definitiw too expensive to say what was least regrettable. the service people worked very hard to keep people happy we felt bad for them ..it is really too bad that they insisted on taking customers instead of people in the hotel. very nice hotel would be nice to have a good restaurant with good food.

It was closed and the manager of the staff was extremely rude and not willing to accommodate me

Very convenient location near the airport. large scenic glass windows provide a view of the coast during eating. the service is attentive. eating is average and on quite expensive for what they get. a bowl of chopped fruit was $7. crab benedict was good.

This restaurant must be removed from opentable until it solves its heavy kitchen underinfluencing problems. our food took an hour to arrive after our order. the waiting staff is great and this is not her fault at some wise. while we waited, we watched several other customers give up and leave before their food arrived. the location and outlook are great, but not the long waiting period worth eating.

We celebrated our 48th wedding anniversary. Good ambience but we found the service a bit slow. We like the waitress. She tried hard to serve although she was by herself. My cooppino was good but my husband had the Korean steak and it was okay. This place may be perfect for cocktails or drinks. The place is nice!
