The salmon croquettes were thin and rubbery. The cheese grits were firm. The biscuits were oily.

The wait was excessively long without any acknowledgment of the delay. However, the food was delicious and the service was friendly. The lack of acknowledgments or check-ups made it seem like customers were forgotten. Some patrons even left before being served, leading me to believe they also found the wait too long.
