This place was recommended by the hotel, and boy, it did not disappoint after a long day of hiking!! The service and food was really good, and Oscar's is not shy when it comes to portion sizes.It may seem a little expensive, but you definitely get your moneys worth.A must visit if you're staying in the Springvale area and want a carb overload.P.s, save room for the The Volcano Brownie Sundae. Huge portions. Good service. Pesto quesadilla was tasty and too big for me to finish. Great place for a casual dinner.

Oscar's is a well-oiled machine. Service was incredibly quick and friendly. The food was delicious, with fall off the bone ribs, and good portions for the price. Though the menu was slightly lacking in variety, the quality of the food and incredibly fast service makes this an overall excellent spot after a day at Zion.
