"I was delighted to find that this restaurant was still in Favirres, The last time I ate here was with my wife just before she passed away in 2005. We discovered it many years before when we drove down to the Somme for a day out, discovered Le Crotoy, fell in love with it and tried most of the restaurants there, nothing to write home about till we tried this place, not far from Le Crotoy, and on subsequent visits never ate anywhere else on our visits th the area. The food was always of a high standard, and always interesting, combinations which worked well together. So with some trepidation I took my best chum there and was totally delighted as nothing much had changed, it still looked fresh as it did all those years ago. The food was excellent and the 30 Euro menu, great value. We both enjoyed the little in between course nibbles and definitely weren',t rushed for the next course. Had a wonderfull bottle of white wine, it was so good it didn't need a wine cooler or bucket. Have read the previous 2 entries,both full of typical English niggles, disagree with their findings, but as taste is such a personal thing, allow them their thoughts, so different from mine. I will be returning here very soon, to enjoy such good food and ambiance, and on old happy memories, start new ones."

"We were staying in a B&B locally and advised to visit this restaurant. When we arrived the dining are was very quiet but we were not on our for long! The variety of menu was good and the quality excellent. Good value for money. We would re-visit if ever in this area again.Between September and June not open Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday evening."

".and not had time to taste everything, unfortunately. Unfortunately because the dishes offered are very good! light kitchen often with some Asian accents. we were entitled, in half board, to the menu at 22 euros including an entrance, a dish and a dessert. in the entrances: carpaccio of zucchini, picarde string, hot cheese duo, salmon terrine, raw ham plate, salmon tataki. in the dishes: beef piece with choice of different sauces, butter and citrus spine, chicken wok, broach or cream molds, fish and chips. for desserts: floating islands, iced cut, ch'tiramisu, chocolate mousse. everything was excellent (I admit, to taste a maximum of dishes, I stabbed in the plates of my wife and parents). Just seasoning (maybe a little salty for me, but I like salt). the vegetables are visibly fresh, like the rest of the products used elsewhere. The service is impeccable. we will return with pleasure (especially as the associated hotel is top)."
