My daughter (10) has now discovered that she likes traditional cornish pasties! We visited this branch twice over the weekend once as takeaway and once to sit in. Service was excellent both times and the pasties tasted very good. It doesn't disappoint. read more.

The shop was very busy on market day, I expect because many other places were pretty full up. One staff member struggled to keep up and there were dirty plates everywhere. My seat needed dusting before I sat down. Grub was pretty standard. read more.

As of 14th August when I went to get some pasties the shop is completely empty and now vacant. Guessing another closure caused by Covid 19 pandemic slump in dem...

"Went in for the first time after hearing good reviews. Great selection of food in there I got a range of foods from the deli counter and the shelves which were all high quality and tasty. However, the experience wasn’t enjoyable. The man (presumably owner) wasn’t particularly welcoming and he started shouting at his young worker right in front of everyone. It just made me feel sorry for the poor kid and I wanted to be out the shop as soon as possible. There’s no excuse for acting like that in front of customers. Friendly, welcoming service goes a long way with me, and unfortunately my only experience with this place has put me off. Lovely prosciutto, but bad customer service doesn’t make up for that."
