Had breakfast during recent visit. Very quaint room. Service was outstanding. Energetic, friendly, helpful. Everyone had eggs benny. It was very good with a lovely hollandaise that was light but flavourful. Oddly the spinach on the benny was raw. Not appealing to have the fresh crunch, would have been better to be steamed/sauteed.
