"We ordered the fish soup, sea trout and burgers. Each article was the best version of this dishes we had ever cooked and perfectly seasoned. Very delicate but tasty aromas over the board. My only complaint is that it is so good and we had no place to taste dessert!! Zero space for improving food. There were some small comments to improve: 1. There was no beverage menu offered, our waiter only asked what we wanted to drink, which is not a big thing, but some people would like to see a menu: 2. The place was busy, and our waiter seemed a little hurry was hard to fly it sometimes. No deal breaker. Would recommend and come back in a heartbeat!!! Make sure that reservations are in advance!"

"We were looking for a nice coffee and delicious snack. We found this and so much more in Stryn Kaffebar. The owner, Adrian was so funny to speak and a wealth of knowledge about the best of coffee. Their attention to detail and customer service was a 10. We loved it so much that we plan to come back and stay in one of their cozy rooms, so we can enjoy more great meals and the wonderful company of their fine staff."

"In general our stay was very good. very friendly and helpful receptionists, good rooms and a cozy and high quality building. we came quite late, and in geiranger, most places near 22:00. this is also the case for the hotel restaurant. regardless of this, the recipeist helped us to eat something by offering some packs he found. exceptional service and a very nice guy. the breakfast was one of the best I had in a hotel, and the restaurant was good looking and comfortable. such variety and quantities of foods to choose is rare, but this hotel has nailed it. to mention the rooms, we had a beautiful view of the fjord. the beds were very comfortable, we had a fridge to store drinks, and the bathroom was nice. for the price we paid, we have a nice room, breakfast and also access to the spa that we did not use. Summary: positiw: -help and professional staff -nizza room - good price -very good breakfast -clean negatiw: - have you possibilities to buy food outside the restaurants opening hours"

"We had dinner here and eating was so amazing! we ordered bark wange and pan meerrote cablejaufische from the main menu. the fish was so fresh and flocky, they can taste almost the sea. the bark was so tender and went so well with the potato and soft. all the elements came together to make it so wonderful. also the portion size is good. we were in room 308. the bed was very comfortable yesterday. there are very good quality heating in the toilet. this morning the breakfast was just as amazing! the warm food is so good. such a great spread! the breakfast buffet is like a 4- or 5-star hotel, certainly not like a 3 star hotel. they have fresh ginger shots, something I never had in a restaurant. who comes to geiranger fjord must stay here and eat!"
